Our operations management team along with their area supervisors work closely together ensuring our high standards are maintained within the group.

 

 

Their duties are numerous and include:

• Ensuring the correct number of staff and that all jobs are covered.
• Checking cleaning materials and gardening equipment.
• Training of Staff and making sure all records are up to date.
• Company image - all our staff are issued with uniform bearing the company name.
• Maintaining standards – using quality Inspection Reports
• Fire & Safety precautions - making sure all staff are aware of procedures in case of a emergency evacuation.

All quality systems procedures are audited via our ISO 9001: 2000 accreditation
and we strive to maintain best practice whilst providing ongoing training for our staff covering health and safety, COSHH, and specific industry requirements.

Health and Safety is not just a set of rules to us. Enterprise recognises our responsibility to our employees, customers and anybody else who comes into contact with our business. We accept that the wellbeing of everybody is vitally important, so Health and Safety awareness forms a critical part of our induction process and training is provided throughout an individual’s Enterprise Group career.

We operate a robust safety management system that provides a solid framework in which to carry out our business. Our operational management are supported by the company Health & Safety team which in turn gives us confidence knowing all our systems are reviewed regularly and continued improvement is planned.
